Q-1. How much does ioderfoods cost?

We have two different pricing plans. If you don't want to get locked into a contract, take the $29.99 option. If you don't want to pay an up-front installation fee and you're open to commitment, we recommend our $49.99 service plan.

Q-3. How does my restaurant receive orders?

You can receive orders via email, fax, Web, text message and dashboard.

Q-4. What's the printer option to receive orders?

We have the option to print orders to your kitchen printer or fax machine. The orders you receive will be printed once a customer places their order and chooses their payment option.

Q-5. How long does it take to get up & running?

Typically around 1-2 weeks. We also offer you promotional items, such as flyers, posters, and business cards to help raise your brand awareness.

Q-6. How much does it cost to get text, fax, or printer alerts?

Real time alerts to devices are $3.99/month with a $50 installation fee.

Q-7. Can I add Paypal?

Definitely. The extra service is $3.99/month with a $50 installation fee.

Q-8. Can iOrderFoods set up my menu for me?

Yes, of course! We do the initial setting up of your menu so that you don't waste time. Please contact us so that we can start your website right away!

Q-9. Can I use my own Domain Name?

Yes. Call us so we can give you more details on how to use your current domain name.

Q-10. What if I have multiple locations?

That won't be a problem! Just set yourself as the HQ Admin on the dashboard, where you'll be able to view all of the transactions and filter by store.

Q-11. Are credit card fees included in iOrderFoods' pricing?

No, they are not included. Please contact us to find out what our credit card fees are.

Q-12. Can I create coupons, specials or discounts for my customers?

Yes. You can create pretty much any type of coupon, special or discount you want -- $ off, % off, free items, etc. Plus you can add restrictions such as having to purchase certain items or meet certain requirements in order to use them.

Q-13. Are there any limits? For example, menu items, customers, orders, etc.?

As long as you have less than 200 items on your menu, everything is included. If you have more than 200 items, please contact us.

Q-14. What countries does iOrderFoods work in?

We are currently only operational in the USA. We are working to get it operational in other countries.

Q-15. What makes iOrderFoods different?

Our parent company is BankCard Services, which has been in business since 1987. We are reliable and we have 24/7 customer care. We offer free custom websites branded for your business as well as a free marketing package of posters, flyers, and business cards to increase your brand awareness. Q-18. Is it mobile friendly?

Yes, end-users can create orders anytime, anywhere, by using their mobile devices.

Q-19. Can I accept credit cards online?

Yes. We use our own payment gateway, NZ Gateway, to process credit cards on your website. You also have the option of using PayPal.

Q-20. What are your cancellation policies?

You can cancel anytime. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on setup fees. If you have a 12-month contract, 50% of the remaining fees will be due if the contract is cancelled.
